How It Works

Coach Match takes the profile of a prospective coachee and runs it against the database of coaches. A match is made when criteria indicated by a coachee matches the profile of a coach.

Once the match is identified, an e-mail will be sent to the coach indicating the interest of a potential coachee. The e-mail will contain the coachee's contact information and a note should they choose to include one. It is up to both the coach and coachee to determine if a conversation will ensue.
