Pro Bono Committee

Specific Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the pro bono director as needed
    Pursue volunteer opportunities within the Puget Sound region and seek new partnerships as necessary
  • Maintain a database of all volunteers to track participation, time spent and type of assistance offered to submit to the chapter board and FPA’s Pro Bono Department on a regular basis
  • Assist in managing relationships with Partner organizations to nurture and continue associations
  • Volunteer for at least one event per year
  • Handle referrals – matching volunteer planners with clients – in consultation with the president
  • Work with staff to distribute materials to volunteers in advance of meetings/seminars/engagements
  • Work with the director to provide event management as needed
  • Attend all Pro Bono committee meetings and strategy meetings
