The undersigned party (herein after “Partner”) hereby applies to become a Partner of the Financial Planning Association of Long Island, Inc. (herein after “FPA of LI”) under the terms of the “Partnership Program” (hereinafter “Program”) for the 2012-2013 sponsorship year.  If Partner is accepted to the Program, Partner further agrees to a partnership contract term of July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013, payable in advance. 

The FPA of LI strives to develop quality partnership relationships with partners who have a long-term interest in supporting the financial planning industry.  Partner understands that Program has the ultimate right to refuse acceptance to any party without recourse in its pursuit of that goal.   

Benefits will be based on the level of sponsorship selected by the partner. 

Platinum Plus Partnership Benefits: (Limited to Two–No Refunds)..........$2,995

Platinum Partnership Benefits: (Limited to Seven – No Refunds)................$2,995

• All Gold and Silver Partnership benefits, plus:  
• Sponsor Spotlight Presentation (20 minutes) at one FPA of LI monthly meeting
• Potential to recommend Break-Out Session Speaker
• Two email blasts to FPA LI list
• One feature article in one FPA of LI newsletter (up to one page)
• Two half page ads in FPA of LI newsletter

Gold Partnership Benefits: (Limited to Eight – No Refunds)......................$1,995

• All Silver Partnership benefits, plus:  
• Premium exhibit space at Symposium
• Symposium registration for two people
• Company booth display at two FPA of LI monthly meetings
• Company name and logo on FPA of LI website with a direct link
• One half page ad in FPA of LI newsletter
• Company name prominently displayed during day of Symposium
• Company recognition from the main platform at Symposium

Silver Partnership Benefits: (No Refunds)...................................................$875

Partnership Benefits include:

• Exhibit space at Symposium
• Symposium registration for one person
• Recognition in our Symposium Brochure
• Recognition in FPA of LI Newsletter as valued partner
• Recognition in attendee handout materials

Responsibilities of Partner will include:  

• Payment of annual Corporate Partner fee (based on level selected).  
• Active participation in the education of our membership on your company’s products and services. 
• Assume the responsibility to take advantage of benefits to be used within the program year.
• Provide camera-ready material for your advertisement. 
• Provide booth materials and set up at the annual FPA of LI Symposium.  
• Maintain good corporate citizenship and standing. 

FPA of LI may:  

• At its sole discretion, accept, deny, non-renew, and/or terminate Partner. 
• Schedule, reschedule, or cancel, at its discretion, meeting dates or presentations and will not be responsible for any Partner liabilities, financial or otherwise, arising from such actions. 
• Change the Corporate Partnership fees and/or benefits at renewal within a 30 day notice.
