About Our Chapter

FPA of Mississippi's primary aim is to foster a stimulating and cooperative environment for our diverse membership of professionals. This includes advancing the financial planning process through continuing education, networking, and providing the customer with reliable information on the financial planning process and its importance to their future, as well as the advantage of doing business with the qualified professionals in our membership.

FPA of Mississippi 2007 SymposiumThe chapter offers educational and professional enhancement programs and forums for all Financial Planning Professionals. It also provides numerous hours of continuing education (CE) programs for CFP®, CPA, Insurance and Legal credit. We also organize and hold an Annual Symposium held each year in May, offering a full day of national and local speakers on timely and important topics for professionals through our region.

Chapter Luncheons are held September through June on the first Thursday of each month at the Colonial Country Club in Jackson, MS. Other programs and events are announced in advance and a calendar is available on this web site under the events tab.

FPA of Mississippi is commited to an open forum of membership, and is well represented by the financial planners, legal, accounting, banking, brokerage, and insurance professions. For more information about membership or programs, contact Ann Caves, our chapter administrator.
