1. Practice Manager/ Paraplanner Position

Seeking an experienced Practice Manager/ Paraplanner. This individual will be an integral part of my Team that consists of myself, the Advisor, one full- time Paraplanner and a part- time Client Service Coordinator. 


  • Become proficient with firm's Client Management Systems (Junxure, Branchnet, Cabinet ) as well as financial planning software (eMoney/Morningstar)
  • Work with clients on areas such as trading, account maintenance, new business, etc.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial plans, including writing summary and analysis
  • Participate in client meetings


  • Minimum of 3-5 years of financial planning.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or similar field of study.
  • Licensed: Series 7, 66 and life and health- State of Alabama
  • Preferred Professional designations, such as CFP.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Excellence in writing and communication.
  • Enjoy technical aspects of retirement, investment, tax and estate planning.
  • Attention to detail required.
  • Ability to be a team player.

2. Financial Planning Specialist Position


fi-Plan Partners is seeking a candidate to join their Financial Planning Team. The candidate should be highly motivated, detail oriented, and committed to providing exceptional client service. With a small firm environment, fi-Plan promotes collaboration and growth among employees and emphasizes the team aspect of our approach. This position would be best suited for someone who desires to be involved in all aspects of the business and to take an active role in shaping the way we conduct our client relationships.



Facilitate the creation and maintenance of comprehensive financial plans, utilizing our existing software. Establish working relationships with clients during the planning process and deliver high level customer service in an efficient and timely manner.

Coordinate with clients concerning the implementation of their financial plans and track any outstanding items.

Be available to field ad hoc planning questions from clients and comfortably communicate with clients in a thorough, accurate, and easy to understand manner.

Provide general support in managing client relations and ensuring that client's financial planning needs are properly met as defined by the CFP Board's definitions/standards.

Participate in client meetings in collaboration with Investment and Operations team.



Minimum of bachelor's degree and CFP® certification or demonstrated progress towards CFP® certification -ChFC® designation will be considered (no series licensing required)

Personal integrity and ability to discreetly handle confidential data

Knowledge of the securities industry, financial planning and investment management
