What's New

Practice management is a commodity. When time is money, what makes FPA Business Solutions 2009 worth your time (and money)?

New Adviser Research Revealed

In its first annual survey of technology usage among advisers, InvestmentNews found that fully 22 percent of advisers used no dedicated customer relationship management (CRM) package and only 34 percent of advisers were using a CRM system that was customized for their business. The all-new Technology Expo, powered by FPA and InvestmentNews, explores CRM options and myriad other technology choices available to advisers, presented by industry experts.

New Assessment Tool Unveiled

We've all been to a conference where we are presented pie-in-the-sky content that really gets our juices flowing, only to return home to say, "Well, now what?" At FPA Business Solutions 2009, we'll unveil a new tool, the FPA MAP. It will allow advisers to Measure performance, identify Actions and create a Plan that will help them effect real change. All participants will walk away with an action plan that is tailored to the sessions they attended and the specific areas they need to improve.

Cutting-edge Content, Expert Speakers

Industry leaders and consultants have been hand-picked by task force members — each an expert in his or her own field, most of whom are also presenters — as a result of their expertise in each respective business management area. Topics presented focus on the primary practice management areas that every business faces: marketing and sales, technology, human resources, compliance and operational efficiencies.
