Refunds & Exchanges

FPA is committed to providing quality content and excellent customer service. If registered for an event that you are unable to attend, you will be credited another VLC at no charge.  If you were in attendance  and received CE credit for the program, only partial refunds will be processed after review and approval, due to CFP Board CE reporting processing and costs incurred by FPA.
