Edi founded AIKAPA to provide financial services for busy professionals and business owners. AIKAPA is an independent fee-only financial planning and wealth management firm. Our sole aim is to provide the best products and services recommendations that are ideally suited to help our clients reach their goals. We have no affiliations with mutual fund companies, broker/dealers or insurance companies. We are committed to guiding our clients to solid financial decisions that are aligned with their goals and are product neutral. As a fee-only firm we provide our services on an hourly-project or retainer basis (AIKAPA Guided Plan) or as part of an asset based fee (AIKAPA Managed plan). Within the Guided Plan our clients drive the process, whereas in the Managed Plan we drive the process and actively manage their investment portfolio. We help individuals and groups clarify their benefits, goals, exposures, and investments through a mix of carefully crafted financial planning, coaching, workshops and direct advice.Financial planning that covers specific goals or broad comprehensive planning is provided through a six step process. At the end of the process you receive a written plan with clear actions that you can follow on your own or we can help you implement.Investment planning focuses on setting the ideal portfolio diversification for your goals and risk tolerance as well as educating you on how to interpret market behavior.Retirement planning is geared towards ensuring that you've recognized and accounted for all potential exposures as well as helping you establish how you will handle distribution of your accumulated retirement resources. For anyone curious, in modern usage 'AIKAPA is a single Hawaiian word that elegantly combines the concepts of friendship and wealth. At AIKAPA it symbolizes both the privilege and commitment of our firm to provide clients and our community with outstanding financial advice.Whether you need a second opinion, a full plan, a financial/retirement planning workshop or an investment adviser feel free to call us and it will be our pleasure to guide you: 415-548-0257 or www.aikapa.com
