About My Practice

Financial Management, Inc. is an independent, fee-based, registered investment advisory and wealth management firm based in Central Washington. Since 1991, we have grown to three offices with ten advisors and staff specializing in helping our clients pursue financial security and independence. Our financial planning, wealth management, and advisory services founded in our overriding principles of independence, integrity, and commitment allow us to be client-centered and provide superior planning and results.


Financial Management, Inc. was founded by Clark L. Permann, President. Our planning team of senior wealth advisors offer you a unique match of experience, credentials, licenses, education and service.

We have chosen to work independently with various insurance, investment, legal, tax, and professional firms over the years to create a wealth management platform. Our affiliation with LPL Financial over the years has provided us with independent research, regulatory oversight, resources, and collaboration with other allied professionals. Our commitment to providing the best strategies, resources, products, and advice to our clients continues to drive us to seek positive relationships that add value to the wealth management process.
