About My Practice

Sterling Futures is a fee-based practice providing comprehensive wealth management services including financial planning, investment management, retirement planning and counseling. While we recognize that most clients want to start by talking about investments, this is usually the last thing that we discuss. Our first task is to arrive at a clear picture of your goals and aspirations - for your Self, your Family and your Community. Our goal is to help you integrate your resources and values to achieve peace of mind and fulfillment in life.
Our commitment is to free you from time-consuming and energy draining activities related to money. We want money to be a source of satisfaction rather than frustration and to that end the firm offers common sense solutions that will enable you to control, rather than be controlled by your money.
Because of the comprehensive and personal nature of the financial planning process a strong relationship with your planner is a key ingredient in successful planning. At Sterling Futures all client contact is personally handled by Malcolm Greenhill, the President of Sterling Futures.
Sterling Futures is an independent financial advisory firm that does not sell investment products so you can rest assured that our advice is objective and there are no undisclosed conflicts of interest. We charge fees either on an hourly basis, or, for portfolio management services, as a percentage of the assets under management. Our offices are located in San Francisco, San Mateo and Santa Clara.
