WEALTH MANAGEMENT SERVICES INCLUDE:

Wealth Management pursues answers to the tough economic questions and decisions that come with modern living. Our Wealth Management Program divides these issues into six modules for analysis and action:

ACCUMULATION: The Accumulation Module addresses your individual needs and goals in relation to asset allocation optimization and the suitability of different types of securities. Accumulation strategies help ensure that your investment portfolio remains closely aligned with your overall financial goals as you continue to build your asset base.

RISK MANAGEMENT: This module works to assess and minimize losses potentially associated with risks to your assets, business, or health. We look closely at personal and professional liability, business ownership, property loss, and catastrophic illness or disability, among other things.

TAXATION: This module considers the tax implications of individual, investment, or business decisions, usually with the goal of minimizing tax liability.

BUSINESS PLANNING: The Business Planning Module focuses on issues specific to business owners and shareholders. For most business owners, the business is their most significant asset. Adequate planning is the best way to assure success and preserve this valuable asset.

RETIREMENT PLANNING: This module involves the evaluation of your current financial status and creating an accumulation strategy that will help to ensure that you can retire in the manner you desire and so richly deserve, and do so for the full length of your life.

ESTATE PLANNING: The Estate Planning Module creates a master plan for the management of your property during your life and the distribution of that property after you pass. For most people, estate planning gives them more control over their assets during their lifetime, provides care when they are disabled, and allows for the efficient, low-cost transfer of wealth upon their death. While not all of these modules will apply to your situation, we believe that identifying and addressing those that are pertinent will help you to better manage your financial future.

Experience

Who we are
Williams Asset Management, Inc. is a boutique wealth planning firm with an emphasis on retirement planning and tax-efficient asset management. Since 1994, we have worked with clients to help them to preserve assets and build financial security, and optimize net cash flow. As an independent, fee-based financial practice, our reasonable compensation structure is designed to have our clients’ best interest at heart. In other words, if you do well, we do well. If not, then we feel the pain also.

We’ve made our name by using the most up-to-date investment research and technology to provide our clients with tax-efficient portfolios that offer risk-adjusted performance. We analyze how each of your investments fits into your overall picture to provide you with a higher standard of comprehensive planning and service.

What we stand for
Williams Asset Management delivers dedicated financial counsel to you free of conflicts of interest. Our focus is to guide you toward your financial goals in the most objective manner possible and to keep your welfare at the center of our work.

We believe that you deserve to keep more of your assets. We actively seek out the choices that provide you with the lowest cost, fairest tax considerations, and effective performance. We investigate these avenues thoroughly and do not recommend investment choices to you that we would not be comfortable with in our own portfolios.

We advocate for you. We want to earn your trust and confidence so that we can develop a long-term, multi-generational relationship with you and your family.

How we can help you
We work with you to set up a plan based on your needs and goals. The plan becomes the guideline for outlining priorities and developing action steps that may span several weeks, several years, and/or more than one generation. We identify any deficiencies or inefficiencies in your existing portfolio and correct them. We seek out the most tax- and cost-efficient investments to allow more of your wealth to work for you. We also “quarterback” with your other professional advisors, such as your attorney or tax accountant, on an ongoing basis as we grow and preserve your wealth.
