Doug Ritter is President and CEO of Discovery Financial Centers, Inc., a financial and investment services firm in Red Wing, Minnesota serving clients throughout the Unites States. Doug specializes in managing personal, retirement and charitable investments and developing personal financial and estate planning strategies for his clients. Doug graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting. He is a Certified Financial Planner® and member of the Financial Planning Association. Doug is a member of the American Institute of CPA’s, and is a Personal Financial Specialist (PFS). He was formerly associated with a major international accounting firm as a senior manager, and a leading community banking organization as its chief financial officer.

Doug is very active in the community and has served in leadership positions for a variety of organizations including the Red Wing Family YMCA, Red Wing Area Chamber of Commerce, Sheldon Theatre and the Church of St. Joseph.

Doug has served individual, small business and institutional clients with their investment and financial advisory needs since 1993. With his background in accounting, banking, and investments and insurance, Doug brings a deep understanding of complex financial issues to meet the needs of his clients.
