He specializes in providing accounting, tax and business advisory services to closely held businesses in a variety of industries including manufacturers, professional services, retail and not-for-profits. In addition, he is a certified financial planner^TMpractitioner, and has helped the firm build a more comprehensive financial service practice encompassing not only traditional tax and accounting services but also business, investment and estate planning. Mr. Arbutina is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants as well as the Institute of Certified Financial Planners. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Gettysburg College and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business.
