Mr. Boebinger has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. He is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley with a B.A. in Economics, and has a Masters Degree from the University of Houston/Clear Lake.

Prior to joining Strategic Financial Concepts, Mr. Boebinger was employed for ten years as Senior Vice President with Houston-based King Investment Advisors (KING), with $450 million under management. At KING, Dean refined his proprietary investment strategy. Prior to KING, Mr. Boebinger served as Vice President of Retirement and Investment Services with Fremont Investment Advisors where he was responsible for the management of three regional offices nationwide and $350 million in assets for individual investors.

Mr. Boebinger specializes in asset allocation/portfolio management, retirement planning, college funding, lump sum distribution analysis, and other planning issues. He is a member of the Financial Planning Association, the Houston Estate and Financial Forum, and serves as a Board member of the University of Houston Gift Planning Advisory Council. He is a former Board member of the Planned Giving Council of Houston. Mr. Boebinger is a frequent speaker on numerous financial topics.
