Household Income Minimum: $50,000 Investable Asset Minimum: $100,000
Since 1978, John Russell and the Advisors Group have been providing tax and financial advice for West Texas families. The Advisors Group consists of a group of Professionals with diverse expertise in Tax, Financial and Philanthropic areas practicing as Certified Financial Planners and Certified Public Accountants, with over 70 years of combined experience. Our typical client is over 50 years of age, seeking advice as to Retirement, Family Wealth Preservation, Philanthropy and Tax Efficiency. While investment advice and management is certainly an important and substantial part of our work, we frequently deal with the areas of survivor care, advancing dementia concerns, dependent care, asset disposition and Social Security issues. This is why the Advisors Group's Team Approach is of such great benefit to clients. When special knowledge is needed, there is a professional ready to assist from a Fiduciary viewpoint, (the client comes first), we all adhere too. By utilizing this "as needed" approach, overall planning costs are kept to a minimum. Knowing that a little money over a long-term produces significant wealth, we believe in long-term investing, during both the accumulation and distribution phases. Long-Term defines our client relationships also, as illustrated by still working with our very first client. Another unique aspect of The Advisors Group is the awareness that the Federal Income Tax is one of the largest expenses that individuals pay. Accordingly, we approach our financial planning with a significant emphasis on tax savings and deferral, understanding the necessity and process of managing the tax burden.
