About My Practice

Hourly Fee-Only Financial Planning and Advice

Boucher Financial Planning Services offers hourly fee-only financial planning and advice to clients from all walks of life. The firm does not sell investment or insurance products and it receives its income only from the clients it serves.

We believe that financial planning is as much about peace of mind as it is about building wealth. We also believe that financial advisors have a Fiduciary Duty to act solely in the best interests of their clients and that professional, unconflicted advice should be available to everyone and not conditioned upon net worth, assets, or income. Whether clients are starting out, on their way to building wealth, or trying to manage what they have, our hourly fee service is uniquely positioned to serve their needs.

Services range from comprehensive planning to advice on targeted specific issues such as 401(k) plan investment choices or education funding. While we do not sell products, we do make specific recommendations and implement them and monitor them as needed.

Clients are offered an inittial "Get Acquainted" meeting where needs are discussed and a fee is quoted for the work that is required. As financial planning is a process as opposed to an event, clients are encouraged to return periodically as life circumstances change or for periodic checkups. The firm is a member of the Garrett Planning Network, a national organization of likeminded firms offering hourly fee only services to all consumers.

About Frank...

Frank Boucher is a thirty year veteran of the financial services industry. He has worked in a variety of positions including the sales, administration, and management of qualified retirement plans. In 2000, he joined a national association where he provided financial planning services to member employees. It was in this position that he learned that everyone has important financial issues and that it can be difficult for many to get the affordable, objective advice they need. Because of this, his practice is designed to serve consumers from all walks of life.
