How many
continuing education credits do I have to
date?
Please contact

completion?

go to the Learn section
of the website and select "Certificates of Completion." You will
then be able to view and print your certificates. How many continuing
education credits will I receive from an attended
conference?
After logging in,
go to the Learn section
of the website and select "Certificates of Completion." You will
then be able to view and print your certificates. When will my
continuing education credits be reported to CFP®
Board?
FPA reports
continuing education credit to the CFP® Board two times each month.
If you have completed the CE credits within the last one or two
weeks, they will be included with the next submission to the CFP®
Board. If the credits were completed more than two weeks ago,
please call your dedicated Member Services Advocate at
800.322.4237, option 2.
Does FPA
have a CFP Ethics course available?We have several options
for ethics credit available in the FPA Store, including a
course on CD-ROM and a course that you can download immediately
after purchasing.
How can I
take a Journal of Financial Planning CE
Exam? Journal of Financial
Planning CE Exams are located in
the CE Exam
section of the Journal of Financial Planning Web site. FPA
members can take CE exams at no charge as part of their member
benefits. Non members will be charged $25 for every exam
taken. Why am I being asked
to pay for a CE exam?FPA members may take CE
exams at no charge as part of their member benefits. Non members

Virtual Learning
Center (VLC)How do I register for a
VLC
session?
After logging in,
go to the Learn section
of the website and select "Virtual Learning Center."Click on the
event you would like to take, and click the register button. You
will then need to fill out the online registration form with your
contact information including your FPAID (your FPA Member ID). Then
click the "Member Pricing and CE Verification" button so that your
registration reflects the correct pricing. Then fill out a short
survey and click the "Submit" button. If there is a registration
fee for the session, you will be prompted to enter a credit card
number to pay. You will receive a registration confirmation email
shortly after registering. Why am I being charged
the non member price for a
VLC?
In order for you
to be recognized as a member the contact information you enter on
the VLC registration form needs to match the information you
provided to FPA as your primary contact information. Be sure to
enter your CFP ID or your FPA ID in the box to verify your
membership and click on the "Member Pricing and CE Verification"
button.

How can I
order an FPA
product? The FPA Store provides
valuable tools, resources and merchandise to members and non
members. Search for products by key word search or by the topic
links that are provided. How do I access my
purchased electronic product?After logging in, go to
the FPA Store and on
the left side of the screen, under the store highlights section,
click the "Download Purchased Electronic Products" link. You will
then see a list of the electronic products you have purchased and
instructions on how to download your product. Local

local
chapter?
Chapter
information is located in the Connect section of the
website. Within that section, click on the "Chapters" link and then
on the "Select/Change Chapter" link. From there you will be able to
select your state to see the list of chapters, their contact
information and web-site.
When is
the next chapter meeting in my
area? Many chapters will post
meeting information on their web-site, or you can also call them
directly to find out when the next meeting is. To find your
chapter's contact information, go to the Connect section of the
website. Within that section, click on the "Chapters" link and then
