Keith A. Loveland, J.D. AIFA, CIDA, currently serves on the board of directors for the Financial Planning Association^® (FPA^®), the largest membership organization for CFP^® professionals in the country, and includes many others who support the financial planning process.

Loveland is also an Accredited Investment Fiduciary Analyst (AIFA^®) and Certified Investments and Derivatives Auditor (CIDA^®) and a member of the Securities Experts Roundtable. He is founder and consultant of Loveland Consulting in Minneapolis, Minn. L

Loveland has been an FPA member for 23 years, and has served on FPA Ethics and Government Relations Committees. Loveland is also a securities arbitrator for NYSE, NASD, CBOE, NFA and AAA; a member of the American Bar Association Business Law Section, Committee on Federal Regulation of Securities, and Committee on State Regulation Securities; a member of the Investment Management Council Center for Fiduciary Studies; a member of the National Society of Compliance Professionals; and a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors of the Financial Services Auditor Group.

Loveland earned a B.A. in philosophy and pre-law from the University of Minnesota Duluth and a J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law.
