Communications, Consumer and Web Services

This area develops and implements FPA's overall communications strategy; manages the organization's brand, social networking and media relations efforts; and is responsible for consumer financial planning awareness, education and promotion as well as chapter support for consumer initiatives. Additionally, this group oversees education and promotion of Pro Bono activities, including training and chapter support. This area is also responsible for developing FPA’s Web presence internally and externally.
