Marketing, Member, Chapter & Volunteer Relations

This area is responsible for:

  • Overall membership experience, handling member inquiries, keeping member records up-to-date, and ensuring that our members receive the best possible service. 
  • All membership retention and recruitment marketing activities as well as developing and supporting our chapters.
  • Managing all of our volunteer activities including leadership training and workgroup support.
  • Marketing activities related to our conferences, Webinars and other products, and affinity programs.
