- You spoke to someone at FPA National about (whatever it was) and don't remember who it was and you need to follow up
- You have questions regarding the FPA Chapter Leaders Conference and don't know who to ask
- To find resources for coaching your board members to be stronger, more confident leaders
- You and your board would like more ideas on how to increase membership and how to find
information about FPA National membership recruitment campaigns - You and your board would like some fresh ideas on speakers and topics for your monthly programs or annual conference (symposium, forum)
- You would like some ideas on the agenda for your strategic planning meeting and/or you'd like to invite your CLAC liaison to participate
- Your board is experiencing conflict and you need guidance on how to resolve it
- To find resources on how to lead your board in circle conversation and how to conduct a Knowledge Café
- You want to enhance and revise your chapter board officer and director position descriptions
- You would like to know what other chapters are doing in regards to recruiting board members and committee members
- You would like to have a multi-chapter meeting but don't know the best way to arrange that
