Reservations
Deposits
A valid credit card is required to secure reservations.
To take advantage of the special FPA Denver 2010 rates, please book your reservation by Tuesday, September 7, 2010. After this date, the FPA Denver 2010 room blocks will be released and rooms may only be available at higher rates. All rates are per room and are subject to 14.85% tax (subject to change). Special requests cannot be guaranteed, however, hotels will do their best to honor all requests.
Changes & Cancellations
All changes and cancels must be made through the FPA Denver 2010 Housing Desk through September 7, 2010. Any rooms canceled after 5:00 p.m., September 7, 2010, will incur a $100.00 cancel fee regardless of when the initial reservations was booked. Cancellations received by any of the conference hotels less than 72 hours prior to arrival date will incur a first night room rate plus tax charge. Changes to your existing reservation can be made through October 1, 2010.

FPA has received reports that an unofficial housing service, Convention Expo Travel, has been contacting exhibitors and potential attendees. This firm is making unauthorized contact and is claiming to be a partner with FPA to provide housing services. Be aware that FPA has not contracted with Convention Expo Travel and does not endorse, support or warrant their services. Please refer only to the housing information on this Web site to coordinate your hotel arrangements.
