Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing. All refunds are based on postmarked date of written request. Cancellations made on or before September 17, 2010, receive a full refund, less a $100 processing fee. A $25 processing fee applies to companion program and special networking events. No refunds will be given after September 17, 2010.
