All exhibit materials must be removed from the exhibit hall on Saturday, March 9.
Table Top Exhibition
Exhibit space consists of (1) 6' table with (2) two chairs. Table and floor pop-ups are allowed as long as they fit on or behind a 6' table. The exhibit area is carpeted. Electrical, Internet and other Audio/Visual rentals are available for purchase.
Electrical & Internet
Please see the attached form for electrical pricing. Electrical and Internet Access must be ordered directly through the hotel. Exhibitors are responsible for all associated costs. Your internet order can also be noted on the Electrical Charge Form and faxed to 847.698.5483 or sent via email email@example.com.
- Hard wired access is $250 install plus $100/day per device
- Wireless internet is $20/day per device

The hotel will hold materials/boxes for no more than two days prior to the event due to space constraints. Please keep in mind that any materials received prior to that will be declined and may not make it in time for the conference if re-shipped.
Sponsors/Exhibitors receive a certain number of complimentary full conference registrations with purchase of sponsorship. Exhibitor registration is available online. Please enter your unique Company Member Number when prompted, emailed to you upon booth confirmation receipt. If you have not received this code, please contact Strategic Partnerships at 800-322-4237, option 5 or StrategicPartnerships@FPAnet.org. All booth fees must be paid in full to register and receive badges onsite.
Please send a 60 word company description and company logo (in both JPEG & EPS format) for inclusion in the onsite guide, website and mobile application for Business Solutions. Please send the files and the description by February 8, 2013 to email@example.com.
In order to secure the conference rate of $155 plus tax (currently 13%) hotel reservations must be made by February 8, 2013. Availability and rate cannot be guaranteed after this date. Reservations can be made by calling The Westin O'Hare directly at 847.698.6000. When making your reservation, identify yourself as an FPA Business Solutions 2013 participant.
