Roadmap to Success Dinner: FPA will be hosting the 11th annual FPA Roadmap to Success Dinner on Friday night. We will be honoring chapters that have met all of the criteria for the 2011 Roadmap to Success program, as well as recognizing the recipients of the Outstanding Achievement Award.
The Outstanding Achievement Award is designed to showcase significant chapter activities that deserve recognition and are worth sharing. It goes to the belief that sharing great ideas among chapters and FPA makes us all stronger.
It is during this dinner that attendees will have ample opportunities to network with their peers, share challenges that your chapter is facing and learn from others on how they have tackled those same challenges. This dinner is for and about you – the chapter leaders that make FPA successful and encourage our members to get involved!
Gathering with Chapter Leadership Advisory Council Liaisons: There will be dedicated time during the conference for chapter leaders to meet face-to-face with their CLAC liaison. Please take this opportunity to hold open conversations with your CLAC liaison, share great ideas, challenges and successes.
To foster chapter leadership, CLAC strengthens relationships within the FPA community through mentoring, connecting and sharing. CLAC liaisons connect chapters to FPA staff and resources through ongoing conversations. These conversations are focused on mentoring and training to help develop leaders and facilitate effective chapter management.
This group of 17 former chapter presidents is your conduit to FPA. They continually communicate and follow up with chapter leaders and FPA staff in an effort to support FPA's Core Values of integrity, relationships, competency and stewardship, along with its Primary Aim.
