(The $95 rate is only available to chapter leaders who will be president of their
chapter in 2014 and have not been chapter president in the last 3 years) Use

The registration fee includes session attendance, refreshment breaks and meals during scheduled breakfast, lunch and reception events. Guest meals are not included in the cost of registration.
