Registration
Registration fee includes session attendance, refreshment breaks and meals during scheduled breakfast, lunch and reception events. Guest meals are not included in the cost of registration. Please contact Sara Reynolds for guest information. Registration fee does not include additional meals, housing, airfare and/or transportation to/from airport.

Housing for the Chapter Leaders Conference is provided by the Omni Interlocken Resort. The room rate is $150 per night, which includes taxes and applicable charges. Requests for reservations must be received by October 10, 2011, in order to ensure conference rates, based upon availability. Reservations will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Details
- Participants are responsible for making their own lodging arrangements.
- All reservations, changes and cancellations can be made by contacting the Omni Interlocken Resort; identify yourself as an FPA Chapter Leaders Conference 2011 participant.
- The nightly conference room rate for FPA Chapter Leaders Conference 2011 is $150/single per night. This rate includes taxes and all applicable charges.
- A credit card will be requested at the time of the reservation, however, your credit card will not be charged until the date of arrival.
- Cancellation policy is 48-hours prior to date of arrival.
- If sharing a room please provide the names of each individual when making your reservations.
- Check-in is after 3 p.m. and check-out is noon.
- You will receive a confirmation from the hotel after making your reservation. We recommend that you arrange for your hotel accommodations as soon as possible. The deadline for making hotel reservations is October 10, 2011. Rooms are not guaranteed to be available after FPA's room block has been filled.
