Receiving Continuing Education Credits
To receive continuing education credit for FPA Retreat 2009, you must complete and turn in a Speaker/Session Evaluation Form at the end of each session you attend. Forms faxed or mailed to FPA after the conference cannot be accepted for credit.
The form must be completely filled out to properly process. Monitors will be posted at each session to keep track of anyone that leaves during the session to ensure that the session is attended for the full duration. If you arrive at a session late or leave the session early, no CE will be awarded for that session.
Reporting Continuing Education Credits
CFP Board CE
FPA will automatically report credits to the CFP Board within four weeks of the conference.
All Other Designations
As the attendee, you are responsible for reporting CE credit for other designations you may hold. You will be notified when you can log on and print a Certificate of Completion (about 4 weeks after the conference) that you can use to report other CE hours.
