Are you working on a dissertation or seeking unique research for an article? You can submit a request for FPA to review your research proposal and assist in conducting a study among our members. Each proposal goes through a peer review process and is evaluated using the following criteria:
- Methodology (is the methodology appropriate and achievable?)
- Timeless (will the research's applicability last?)
- Objective (no inappropriate influence)
- Relevant (topical to financial planning)
- Innovative/Original (new research question, method or approach)
- Theory Building (foundational, advancement oriented)
- Depth/Breadth (not surface research)
- Usability (practical implications for practicing financial planners)
- FPA Appropriate (meets FPA's and the Research Center's aim/objectives)
